Terms and Conditions of Affiliate Program
The owner of the affiliate program is Halcrest Ltd T/A Natural Xtracts.

GENERAL
Natural Xtracts will share a voucher code which the affiliate partner is able to share on their approved social media platform.
The voucher code will be unique to each affiliate partner and can be shared as many times on the affiliate partner’s social media platform.
The affiliate partner is encouraged to share content on their platform however, there will be no cash exchanged for content created.
Natural Xtracts may offer opportunities for paid partnerships & content creation. If agreed another contract will be shared and handled separately.
Product samples may be shared periodically with affiliate partners. Product samples are not automatically guaranteed by signing up to the affiliate program.
PROPRIETARY INFORMATION
Halcrest Ltd T/A Natural Xtracts is the owner of the brand and should be referenced in marketing and commercial activities.
The affiliate partner is required to use official brand logos and product images supplied by Natural Xtracts.
Affiliate partners are permitted to create their own content using Natural Xtracts products, the brand name must be clearly presented and content must remain true and relevant to the brand.
Failure to do so will mean immediate termination of the affiliate partner contract.
LIABILITY
It is the affiliate partner’s responsibility to declare when posting content that it is an advertisement and they are an affiliate partner. This is a requirement stipulated by the Advertising Standards Agency (ASA).
Ways to do this include #Ad #Sponsored #Affiliate. However, please refer to ASA for full details.
The affiliate partner is also liable for mis-use of the voucher code. Mis-use includes:
– Ordering for resale purposes. Orders over £75 will be reviewed and investigated if deemed necessary.
COMMISSION & PAYMENT
10% commission will be paid on NET sales generated using the voucher code.
To clarify NET sales are once postage, VAT and all discounts are removed.

Transactions are classified as a sale and are eligible for commission 30 days from ordering.
Transactions that have been returned and refunded will not be eligible for commission.
There is a dedicated area where affiliates can log in to quickly grab their affiliate link, edit their account details and view how many visits and commissions they generated.
The affiliate partner will be required to share details of their preferred payment method in the affiliate hub, powered by SLICEWP.
Affiliates can generate their own custom referral links from their affiliate dashboard.
DURATION OF CONTRACT
The contract will be ongoing unless terminated by either the affiliate or Halcrest Ltd t/a Natural Xtracts.
AMENDMENTS & TERMINATION
Natural Xtracts has the ability to remove, suspend or update the terms of the voucher code with immediate notice.
The affiliate partner will always be notified of changes via the email address they have provided above.
CONFIDENTIALITY
This contract agreement is strictly confidential between Halcrest Ltd t/a Natural Xtracts and approved affiliate partner only.
Terms of contract not to be shared with any other party.
Any commission paid is regarded as confidential between Halcrest Ltd t/a Natural Xtracts and the affiliate partner.
